English Thyme Garden-in-a-Bag

This aromatic and long-lived perennial is a mainstay of American and French cuisine. Thyme leaves are small but pungent and can be used fresh or dried in almost any dish. Very easy to grow, the plant is a small, many branched evergreen with light pink to purple flowers.

All you need to do is mix in the enclosed packet of seed and add water — it will take about a week for the seeds to germinate. You should be able to start using the leaves in about 8 weeks!
