Adjustable Rolling Pin

Made from high-quality beech, this ingenious rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing pizza, pie bases, lasagna sheets, and pastry doughs. The surface is calibrated in millimeters on each end, and it comes with three sets of removable discs that raise the rolling surface by different amounts, enabling you to accurately roll out various pastry thicknesses — 1/16", 1/4", or 3/8". The large locking nuts on each end of the pin allow the pastry discs to be removed and replaced easily.
