Through their Thirst For Giving program, KOR supports four selected nonprofits doing extraordinary work in water-related causes by donating $5 from the sale of each KOR ONE Special Edition Vessel. Ice Blue represents Ocean Protection, and The Water Globe edition — inspired by childhood snow globes that evoke winter landscapes — offers a glimpse into the impressive beauty and vast, varied sea life that thrives under the ocean's surface. Critical to human life, oceans cover more than 70% of the earth's surface, yet we tend to overlook the impact of our everyday actions on them: pollution, overfishing, and rising acidity levels are altering our oceans' ecological equilibrium, placing them in great danger. The Water Globe is meant to remind us all of our duty to protect our precious oceanic environments.
