Compact Herb Chopper

This self-contained unit is comprised of a double hachoir with twin stainless steel blades that compactly stores inside its chopping block shell. Made from hard-wearing polypropylene, the cutting surface is gently concave to assist with the chopping motion while also helping keep food in place. When not in use, locking tabs ensure the sharp hachoir safely secures within. Suitable for chopping all kinds of herbs, garlic, ginger, nuts, and chocolate.
