Italian Parsley Garden-in-a-Bag

Italian parsley is a full-flavored parsley that most chefs believe is best for cooking. It has a sweet, earthy, celery flavor and is very rich in minerals (especially iron). It makes a wonderful herbal complement to many dishes.

All you need to do is mix in the enclosed packet of seed and add water — it will take 7-14 days for the seeds to germinate. You should be able to start using the leaves in about 8 weeks!
